Customer Agreement for Peaceful Paws Course & Community

This Customer Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Julie Cluley provides access to the online course for dog behaviour advice to the customer. By enrolling in the Course, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Course Description

The Course provides educational content related to understanding and improving dog behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, video lessons, PDF articles and live Q&A sessions. The information provided is designed to be implemented by you in order to change your dog's behaviour of their own free will. 

2.  Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Course. By agreeing to this Agreement, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Enrollment and Payment Plan

• The cost of the Course is £999. When buying this course using a payment plan the cost of the course is £1.068 and you agree to pay the full amount of £1,068 over a 12 month period. Each payment will be £89.  All payments must be made in full and on time for continued access to the Course materials.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
• All sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be provided unless you are within the 1st 14 day guarantee period after signing up. You must have met the following requirements to be eligible for a refund.

1. You have attended your 1 2 1 call with Julie Cluley
2. You have watched the full course material

      and you have implemented the changes, but have either seen no results or it just doesn't resonate with you.

 

4. Access to Course Materials

Upon successful payment of your first installment,  you will receive access to the Course materials for a minimum period of 1 year  beginning on the date of purchase.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary internet access and technology to view the Course materials.
• The Course materials are for personal use only and are not to be shared, copied, or redistributed in any form without the prior written consent of the Company.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Course materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Follow all guidelines and recommendations provided in the Course.
• Refrain from using the advice provided in Peaceful Paws in a way that could harm your pet or others.
• Ensure your dog is free from any veterinary issues and it is your responsibility to ensure this is the case.
• If you have any concerns around the advice given or want to make a complaint, this must be made to Julie Cluley directly in writing. 

6.  Julie Cluley's Responsibilities 

I agree to:

• Maintain access to the course material for the duration of the course.
• Provide opportunity for live group support for 1 hour every week for a minimum of 40 weeks of the year.
• Provide opportunity for live group support for 1 hour every month for a minimum of 10 months of the year.

7.  Course Content and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify the Course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of major updates, but it is your responsibility to review new materials as they become available.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, written materials, and images, is the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Course without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

• The Company does not guarantee specific results from following the advice provided in the Course. Every dog is unique, and outcomes may vary.
• The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages to you, your dog, or others as a result of applying the advice provided in the Course.
• The Course does not replace professional veterinary care. If you have concerns about your dog’s health,  please consult with a licensed veterinarian.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Course; or (ii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course at our discretion if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Course materials, and no refund will be provided.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland.

13. Amendments

We may amend this Agreement from time to time. You will be notified of any changes via email or within the Course platform. Your continued use of the Course after any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the changes.
